Providing computer application is not a continuous service – WSA held in Krakow.

It was a company selling software licenses. Customers could buy them for an unlimited period, for a limited time or as a package of hours of service. In the latter case, an invoice is issued on the first day of validity of the package. If the customer has bought the license for an indefinite or specified, the company exhibited an invoice on completion of the configuration work and preparation of applications for work or in the next few days.
