II.1.4) determining the object and the size or scope of the order: Purchase of software for eRecept, Electronic Medical Records, equipment for EDM the operating theater, network equipment, hardware and software for the Dental Center, expansion of the network for AOS Clinic and building links between the Centre and Hospital Dentistry.
Object of the contract consists of 4 packages:
Package No. 1 – Delivery of hardware and software for archiving data supporting the implementation of the class of EDM (Electronic Medical Records) and network devices / equipment to adapt the network’s Hospital for implementation EDM / eWyniki / eKolejki and the installation of the array resource archiving data and equipment for the implementation of the projection research radiological halls of the Surgical.

Package No. 3 – Development of LAN network for the implementation of electronic prescriptions in print specialist clinics and build a high-speed between the building Dental Center (ul. Anstadt 4) and the building of the Hospital Ministry of the Interior (ul. North 42) in Lodz
Computer network infrastructure (LAN specialist clinics) – extension – 1 piece.
