DD-WRT is alernatywne software open source Linux-based compatible with a large number of WLAN routers and embedded systems. Linksys announced support for the software in the latest series of devices WRT – WRT1900AC, WRT1200AC and the recently announced flagship model – WRT1900 ACS.
 

DD-WRT will expand the list of supported software alternative for series routers WRT (currently is supported for example.
