Sync ScanSnap is another element software ecosystem for Fujitsu ScanSnap Scanner line. With ScanSnap Sync, users will have access to scanned documents from any device.
This free software will be available for models with series document scanners ScanSnap and facilitate the use of documents on mobile devices. Sync With ScanSnap, ScanSnap Organizer for PC and Mac as well as ScanSnap Connect app for Android and iOS devices are now synchronized with services in the cloud. This allows people working on mobile devices automatically sync documents. The software also supports service Dropbox, Google Drive and Microsoft onedrive. ScanSnap Sync will be available in autumn 2015. Existing customers will receive ScanSnap Sync as part of the automatic software update ScanSnap or gain access to it through with the link to download the update. ScanSnap software will be first presented in the EMEA region at this year’s IFA in Berlin, which will take place from 4 to 9 September.
Support ScanSnap Sync is as simple as logging documents with ScanSnap scanners. Documents scanned to mobile devices via ScanSnap Connect Application is automatically transferred to the corresponding folders in the cloud. When the user returns to the office and the ScanSnap Organizer software runs on a PC or Mac, scanned documents are downloaded from the cloud and can be treated (eg. Using OCR software). The newly created file will be re-synchronized with the cloud, so that it is accessible from any device.
